All Casks merchandise is fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand production partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms:
Made to Order
Most merchandise items are produced after your order is placed. This means production time is required before shipment and delivery timelines may be longer than standard retail shipping.
Processing Times
Orders typically require several business days for production before shipping. Processing times may vary based on product type, order volume, holidays, inventory availability, or carrier delays.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Merchandise orders may be printed, packed, and shipped by trusted third-party fulfillment partners. As a result, packaging, shipment origin, carrier selection, and delivery timing may vary by item or order.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, supply chain issues, carrier disruptions, or high seasonal demand.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, products may ship separately and arrive at different times depending on production location or fulfillment partner availability.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because merchandise is often produced shortly after purchase, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
