Merchandise Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges if the incorrect size or color is ordered, or in the case of buyer's remorse, as each item is made to order.

We only offer refunds or replacements if the items have been damaged or lost, or there has been a manufacturing error. You must submit photo evidence showing the issue within 30 days of receiving the item delivery.

Subscription Policy

By purchasing an All Casks subscription, membership plan, or recurring access plan through our Shopify store, you agree to the following terms:

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout (monthly, annual, or otherwise stated). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before your next billing date.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us prior to your next renewal date. Once canceled, your benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

No Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Partial month usage

  • Unused benefits or perks

  • Failure to participate in member offerings

  • Missed releases, lotteries, or announcements

  • Automatic renewal charges not canceled before the renewal date

Because subscription benefits and access are made available immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds or prorated credits.

Membership Benefits

Subscription benefits may include access to community features, pre-sale opportunities, voting privileges, exclusive content, merchandise discounts, or other perks depending on the plan selected. Benefits may change, improve, or be adjusted over time at our discretion.

Limited Availability Items

A subscription does not guarantee the right to purchase any specific bottle, barrel pick, event ticket, or limited release unless explicitly stated.

Account Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for abuse, fraud, harassment, chargeback abuse, policy violations, or misuse of member benefits.

Policy Changes

We may update this Subscription Policy at any time. Continued membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
